on 2010-06-24I finally purchased this CD after hearing and falling in love with every song. It is worshipful and moving and I feel a deep personal connection with many of the songs. One reviewer mentioned that the lyrics were more secular, but I respectfully disagree. When you are a believer, you will find Christ in many secular songs, books, people, and situations. It is life-changing when you find all the places that God works His way into...secular or not! (*Read "The Purpose Driven Life" and you will truly understand what I mean!!) I have found that Third Day's music allows me to be an incredible witness to people who would unlikely listen to Christian music. As a believer I know the message within the music and can easily share that message with others. This CD is an absolute blessing to me and an INCREDIBLE comfort to me during a very difficult time in my life.

on 2010-05-12I owned the Come Together CD before I renewed my faith and for the longest time had no idea it was Christian rock. This Third Day CD leaves no doubt that they are truly a faith driven band. I love every song and find that no matter what my mood is at the moment, when I listen to Revelation I am uplifted and spiritually transformed. A must have!

on 2010-04-27It took me a couple of years to actually listen to this, even though I knew it came out in 2008, but the wait was worth it. This album feels very much a continuation from Wherever You Are, but not a rehash, rather growth. Also, you don't have to be a Christian to appreciate these guys, because they have some great, pure rock songs.

on 2010-02-06I can't make up my mind if "Revelation" or "Come Together" is 3rd Day's best album. Versatility, Rock-n-Roll, from the heart, thoughtful, transparent, are a few descriptions for this album. I've seen them live at least 8 times and when i saw them on this tour Mac said that when they approached writing songs for this album they wanted it to be the best work ever for their fans. They were dedicated to produce something monumental - they succeeded! This CD is complete and there's no room for improvement in my assessment. It is quintessential 3rd Day! Like most of their stuff, it took me more than a few times of listening to fully appreciate the depth of music and lyrics. It's not full of catchy (quick to enjoy and quick to get bored of) tunes, but songs that once they grow on you - you can never hear too much!
